Veramar Beach - All Inclusive

Q&A: Would I come back here? Unfortunately, no. The hotel is offering only all-inclusive if I know correctly. The food was okay (the same meals), beer, drinks etc. It's great that they have a pool. Hotel staff was nice to us, always smiling and helpful. Animators were available every day for our children. They need to rebuild the walkway from the hotel to the beach (rotten the wood with the nails sticking out), cut the grass around the hotel between the hotel fence and the beach, pick up the trash at least around the hotel. Repair the playground, quite dangerous, concrete surface on part of the playground. The huge negative - location of the hotel, garbage is anywhere you look, stray dogs at the beach etc. Black sea was great, I think about the temperature and clearness. Approximately 50-70 meters from the shore, it was still possible to stand on your feet and enjoy the sea and waves to the fullest. You must be ready for jellyfish and different types of algae. Unfortunately, the beach was full of waste (garbage, cigarette butts). Throughout the beach was running many stray dogs. I cannot understand why the people or representatives of the city do nothing about it.

Overall it is a good hotel. There are goods and bads: Good: good service and staff, rooms are ok, beds are big and really comfortable, air conditioning is powerful, bathrooms are big, enough parking space. More or less clean. Located near the beach. Need improvement: in some (rare) cases the quality of the food was questionable, constant bad smell in toilets from common area. Week wifi (but this is not necessary bad). As a conclusion, it is a hotel that gives you 100% of what you pay. My stay was good, I would come back here.

Horrible, just DON'T! In the first day I arrived, after I did check in, at 14:20, I was going to have some fish from the restaurant because was still open, to give to my 1 year old baby something to eat. I have one more kid, 6 year old but I wasn't giving nothing to her. The lady from reception, come after me and told me we have no lunch included. This is unnacceptable! Neither hotel in this world would do that! I was arrived in Turkey at 8.00 am in one hotel and THEY invited us to have meal !!! No hospitality, no emphaty, nothing, they are counting how much food you put in your dish! This attitude is not ok and you should change something, that no other mom in this world to experience something like that. On Effect Algara Beach, which I recomand, I was in the same situation and we all have meal with no problem, also a 4* hotel but a respected one, at 800 m far from this awfull hotel. I will never go back again and tell everyone not to do. I will review everywhere this horrible hotel. The range of food is a joke, they are having 4 type of dishes, no variety, not enough fruits, barely find something to eat, big dissapointment with the food, just don't go in this hotel. This hotel is no fonic isolated, you can hear everything from everywhere, it's something I can not believe it's possible. The worst quality objects possible, the door is not closing ok, the shower broke up, the floor is dirty, dead insects after furniture, dirty furniture. No beach towel. They are having private beach 200m far, but the road to the beach is a danger, broker wood, big vegetation that comes to your eye. The worst coffee possible, we pardon for a decent one. How can you call a 4 star hotel? This is barely 1 star hotel. The staff is very kind, excepting the blonde lady from reception. The animation is very nice. They are trying their best.

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be.

Pros: clean hotel, good taste, young and friendly staff, clean pool. Cons: unfinished works, unpaved parking lot full of dumps and debris from buildings, the beach was never cleaned of rubbish and algae, messy, miserable and undersized sunbeds for. hotel capacity. The road from the hotel to the beach passed among the garbage dumps, general appearance of parasite and unspoiled vegetation. Very dirty water and a lot of mosquitoes that itching awful !!! The hotel seems to be really a new one. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. Clean and warm pool. Food was fine. The bath was very cozy. They changed the towels each day. The beach is 5 mins away. The rooms are well furnished, but too small. Bad noise isolation. The bed sheets weren't not changed within our 5-day stay. Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful. You have to reserve sunbeds at both - at the pool & at the beach. The beach is dirty - they need to clean it definitely. Electricity power was off several times during our stay. COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty.
